UPDATE ON E-TEST & SCHOOL PORTAL
The Student Union deeply shares in the frustration and anxiety many of us have been facing due to the recent blackout and the prolonged downtime of the university portal. These issues have caused real discomfort, especially at such a crucial point in the semester.
In the late hours of Saturday, 12th April, the Student Union held an emergency meeting with the university management to urgently address these issues, particularly the non-functional portal and the yet to be released E-test timetable.
The University Management has resolved that the E-test will not commence on Monday 14th April, as earlier planned. This is to allow students who have been unable to pay fees and complete course registration due to the portal issue to do so without added pressure.
We are pleased to announce that light has been restored on campus, and the portal is now back online, though still undergoing final rounds of maintenance. We strongly encourage all students to pay their fees and complete course registration immediately, in preparation for the forthcoming E-tests.
As we continue to push for a shorter and more structured academic calendar, we also remain committed to ensuring that no short notice will be given for tests or exams. Every student deserves adequate time to prepare and perform excellently, and we will keep standing in the gap to protect that right.
